The official languages of the congress are English, Portuguese and Spanish. However, all the abstracts and lectures must be submitted in English.
The XIX Congress of the Iberian Society of Citometry will be an in-person event.

Each participant must take care of their own accommodation. There is a list of hotels closest to IPO Porto on the website.
At the secretariat, during the Check-In process, you must provide your tax number (NIF) to speed up your registration.
The certificate of participation will be sent by email after the conference.
Registration
Questions regarding registration and check-in on event days
If you wish, for any reason, to withdraw from your participation in the XIX Congress of the Iberian Society of Citometry, you may do so until May 1st, obtaining a refund of the amount already paid. After this date, there are no refunds of any amount. The organization is not responsible for reimbursements for travel, accommodation, or any other expense, in addition to registration.
The organization of the XIX Congress of the Iberian Society of Citometry accepts registrations on the days the course is held, so interested parties should contact the event secretariat and register and pay.
These registrations will be limited to the capacity of the available space.
All healthcare professionals and students can register using our registration form.
Registration for the XIX Congress of the Iberian Society of Citometry must be completed by filling out the online form. For your registration to be complete, payment must be made by bank transfer within the next 72 hours.
Sending proof of payment by email (to: eventos@lab52.pt) or in response to an automatic email is mandatory! Registration will only be completed after receipt of proof of payment identifying the registered person.
After submitting your application, you should receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Spam folder. In this case, select the confirmation email and click “Not Spam”, which will allow future emails to be received. If you do not receive this email, please contact us via the following email: eventos@lab52.pt.
Registration is personal and non-transferable.
Requests for changes to registrations must be made to the secretariat team via email at eventos@lab52.pt, and analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
There is no discount for groups.
After registering, you will receive the payment method in your email. The same must be done by bank transfer using the details available in that same email.
